Why Ask Jim and Teresa?
At Family Matters First, we are working to form a community of like-minded individuals, and in order for us to best reach and best meet the needs of the community, we need to know what those needs are. By making this resource available to you, we are able to get constant and relevant feedback, guiding us as we make programming, resource and future topic decisions.
This is our way of asking you to share with us what you really need help with.
Each show we will attempt to answer a question or two from you, and occasionally, we will devote entire shows to answering questions from members of this community.
Submitting a Question or Comment
We want this show to be entertaining, encouraging, and inspiring, and we want you to be a part of the discussion. If you have a question you would like to hear discussed, a comment, or an encouraging story about how the show has helped, please share them with us.
Here are some guidelines to ensure that your question can be featured on the show.
- Please keep your question under one minute in length. If it goes a little over, that’s fine.
- If you have a comment or encouraging story, please keep it concise and to the point.
- Deeply private questions will not be considered for the podcast. Private and personal questions should be submitted directly to a counselor using the “Email Coaching” option under the “Coaching/Couseling” tab.
We use SpeakPipe.com, a fantastic web service that allows anyone to leave us a voicemail message through the Internet. All you need is an Internet connection and a microphone.
Also note that it is impossible for us to get to everyone’s question so you may not receive a direct response to your question. We will answer qualified questions in the order they are received. Keep in mind that your question may have already been asked by someone else and may have already been answered during the course of discussion on previous episodes of the podcast. Again, if you have questions specific to your relationship and would like those answered, use the “Email Coaching” option or make an appointment with us!
